Health Walks in Calderdale – July—September 2012
A programme of Health Walks to suit people of all ages and abilities.
Take a look at the programme shown below (click to view a larger version).
- PINK walks: FIND YOUR FEET WALKS 10—30 minutes for those with low fitness or limited mobility
- BLUE walks: EASY HEALTH WALKS 30-60minutes, mostly level ground. Suitable for new walkers
- GREEN walks: MODERATE HEALTH WALKS 60-90 minutes and/or includes some inclines or steps
- YELLOW walks: NORDIC WALKS. Nordic Walking is an enhancement of ordinary walking, it uses poles in order to add major benefits to walking.
