Grants of up to £5,000 are available for groups across England to repair sports facilities that have been damaged by flooding and storms since 4 December 2015.
Those needing funding to clean up and get up and running quickly can request up to £5,000 of emergency funding.
The fund has been extended until 29 February 2016 (5pm), although this date is subject to review to ensure that those who are currently unable to assess the damage will not lose out.
Priority will be given to pitch-based sports and water sports as these sports have been most affected.
All applications must be submitted online. The sample application form available to download from the website has been developed to give applicants an idea of the questions but should not be returned.
Emergency grants aim to be paid within three weeks. Contact the Flood Relief Fund team for further information.
